Limited Replacement Warranty

If the product does not perform as intended due to a physical media (CD-ROM) manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a "one-time only" replacement of your CD media, provided it is returned intact to MIK Entertainment within 30 days of the initial transaction. Additionally, if you are un-satisfied with the product in any way, you may return it UN-OPENED ONLY to MIK Entertainment to receive a full refund of the purchase price, provided it is received within those 30 days.
